In 1982, we returned to my family\u2019s hometown, Kaymak\u00e7\u0131 village in the \u00d6demi\u015f district of \u0130zmir. I began primary school there. My family made a living through farming and trade, and I grew up familiar with rural life and agricultural work. In 1985, we moved to \u0130zmir, where my father supported our family for many years as a taxi driver. I completed middle and high school in \u0130zmir and graduated from \u0130zmir Atat\u00fcrk High School in 1994. That same year, I entered Osmangazi University Faculty of Medicine. After graduating in 2000, I worked as a general practitioner in Kocaeli, where I married my wife, \u015eule \u015eakrak. I completed my military service as a reserve officer in 2003 and later began my residency in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Eski\u015fehir Osmangazi University.<\/p><p>I became a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in 2010. During my university years, I carried out numerous studies, particularly in microsurgery, published scientific articles, and received awards. I completed my compulsory service at Erzurum Regional Training and Research Hospital between 2010 and 2011. I then worked at Ac\u0131badem Eski\u015fehir Hospital from 2012 to 2013 and at Esteworld Plastic Surgery Hospital from 2012 to 2014, where I served in clinical leadership and as chief physician. I opened my own clinic in 2014 and continue to practice there. I am the initiator and Founding Chairman of the Board of Orion Plastic Surgery Medical Center, a collective private-sector initiative within the Turkish plastic surgery community. Throughout my professional career, I have performed more than 7,000 operations in T\u00fcrkiye and abroad. My principal areas of experience include body contouring, post-bariatric surgery, rhinoplasty, and revision rhinoplasty.
